Excellent experience! We loved this hotel - in a quiet area, we accepted their offer to upgrade to a jr. suite and it was lovely spacious and with a nice view. Great linens, bath, and breakfast. Parking across the street for free, and easily walkable to restaurants in town for dinner.

Spacious rooms with good facilities. E.g. Excellent shower and bathroom, good safe, lots of tv channels, tea and coffee etc. Comfortable bed. Very nice staff on reception.

Very friendly and helpful front office staff. Especially Iratxe, who helped me meet a deadline for an application by helping me with making copies and scanning documents. The restaurant food is excellent. The rooms And bathrooms were very clean and comfortable.

Nice clean modern hotel. The room allocated was really spacious with a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was basic but there was plenty to choose from. Really nice coffee.

Nicely located in a safe and leafy suburb 25mins outside of Madrid. The rooms are well-appointed with ample cupboard space and a powerful shower. The breakfast selection is impressive and each and every member of staff is courteous and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms and public areas, excellent breakfast choice and quality of food. No fuss check-in and checkout, even aloud to check-in early as we arrived before the normal check-in time. Would certainly return. Thank you to all at Sercotel Pozuelo.

The room is very cozy and modern. The bed is very comfortable. It was very comfortable to sleep.

Great hotel! Staff were very helpful, the bed was super comfy and the shower was amazing. I didn’t include breakfast when I booked but was able to add this on during my stay for 9 euros per day per person, great choice. I would absolutely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant, which was also very good. Pozuelo is a nice town. Sort trip to the center of Madrid.
