Nice interior design of the hotel and the rooms. Not a very big size, but very comfortable room. Rich breakfast with delicious food. A small, coquettish hotel in a pleasant neighborhood, providing both modesty and a sense of luxury that exceeds expectations.

Excellent experience! We loved this hotel - in a quiet area, we accepted their offer to upgrade to a jr. suite and it was lovely spacious and with a nice view. Great linens, bath, and breakfast. Parking across the street for free, and easily walkable to restaurants in town for dinner.

The staff was incredible and very accommodating. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Restaurant was good. The bathroom and shower were exceptional vs other ones we encountered in Spain.

Spacious rooms with good facilities. E.g. Excellent shower and bathroom, good safe, lots of tv channels, tea and coffee etc. Comfortable bed. Very nice staff on reception.

Flexibility at check-in and checkout Pleasant and helpful receptionist. Good breakfast buffet. Not crowded at the time l stayed. Comfortable room.

Very friendly and helpful front office staff. Especially Iratxe, who helped me meet a deadline for an application by helping me with making copies and scanning documents. The restaurant food is excellent. The rooms And bathrooms were very clean and comfortable.

Everything was great! The hotel is located in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite. Highly recommended! We also had a very delicious dinner - I highly recommend trying the veal mellow. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Nicely located in a safe and leafy suburb 25mins outside of Madrid. The rooms are well-appointed with ample cupboard space and a powerful shower. The breakfast selection is impressive and each and every member of staff is courteous and friendly.

Nice clean modern hotel. The room allocated was really spacious with a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was basic but there was plenty to choose from. Really nice coffee.
